AND WHAT WE DO

DEVOUR is a brand new exciting home bakery business located in Mickleover, Derby, created by me, Charlotte.

Having provided cakes for a local Tea Dance for a few years, I have tried and tested all my recipes to incredible feedback and have really honed my cake decorating skills to produce beautiful, elegant cakes (if I do say so myself).

There’s only so many times people can say to you “You should make this into a business!” and ignore them and so here I am!

I currently offer celebration cakes, heart cakes, number cakes & sheet cakes as well as, of course, cupcakes and I would love to branch out into wedding cakes as well. Also, did I mention I make most of my own cake filling including curds, caramels and jams too.

I’m a registered business and have a 5* food hygiene rating.

I’m passionate about making sure my cakes consist of the moistest sponges, tastiest fillings & delicious buttercreams and ganaches.

All my products are lovingly prepared in my tiny home kitchen in Mickleover and I cannot wait for my bakes to make your celebration that bit more special and put the icing on the cake (pardon the pun!).
